FAQs

Will dinner be provided?

Yes! There will be a catered buffet dinner for you to enjoy. Each registered guest will also receive drink tickets.

How do I get to and from the event?

The venue is walking distance from the convention center. We encourage you to walk in a group as this is downtown Houston at night. If you have to leave the social early and don't have anyone to walk with, there will be a staff member ready to drive you. A taxi or Uber are also options.

Do I need to bring anything?

Yes, bring your Esri Petroleum Conference lanyard for a quicker checkin!

Can I bring a friend?

Sure! We just ask that you register everyone who is planning to attend so that we can order enough food and drink tickets. The same goes for if you need to cancel, please tell us no later than a week before if you KNOW that you won't attend so we don't over order and waste food.
